From a simple pressure sensitive liner to a vented, high-barrier induction seal, the YY09 range lets you match the liner to your product, your bottle and your filling line.
Choose two-piece when you want the pulp board to separate after sealing and stay in the cap as a cushion, leaving only the foil on the bottle. Choose one-piece when the board should stay bonded to the foil and peel off with it as a single part.
Choose a vented liner for contents that may release gas during storage and transport — the vent hole with a breathable window relieves pressure and helps stop bottles from swelling. Choose non-vented for stable contents.
Induction liners need an induction sealer and give a heat-fused, tamper-evident foil seal on the bottle rim. PE foam and pressure sensitive liners are for lines without induction sealing equipment.
Diameter, structure and print can be customized to fit your bottles.
Cut to match any bottle mouth or closure inner diameter.
Vent size and position, pull tab or ring design, and printed text or logo on selected types.
Stable bulk orders direct from our factory, with free samples and a quotation on request.
A two-piece liner is pulp board plus a wax layer and aluminum foil with a heat-seal layer. After induction sealing the wax melts and is absorbed by the board, which separates and stays in the cap as a cushion while only the foil stays on the bottle mouth. A one-piece liner has the board bonded to the foil, so the board does not separate and the liner is peeled off as a single part, often with a pull tab.
The pulp board, foil, high-barrier, easy-peel, lift-and-peel and ring-pull liners are sealed by induction heat, so an induction sealer is required. PE foam and pressure sensitive liners are for lines without induction sealing equipment.
A vented liner has a vent hole with a breathable window. It seals the bottle like a standard liner while letting gas escape, which relieves internal pressure and helps stop bottles from swelling. It is intended for contents that may release gas during storage and transport — please test with your own product to confirm the venting performance you need.
Yes. Diameter is customized to match your bottle mouth. Vent size and position, pull tab or ring design and printed text or logo can be customized on selected types. Send us your bottle mouth size, container material and the liner type you are considering.
Match the heat-seal layer to your bottle material (for example PE, PP or PET), keep the bottle rim flat and clean, and set cap torque and induction sealer power and speed during trial runs. Check the seal on sample bottles before starting full production.
